The medium-thick curly noodles cling to the soup brilliantly and are simply the best!
北海道の有名店「すみれ」で修業された店主が作る一杯は、表面をラードが覆い最後の一口まで熱々！濃厚でコク深い味噌スープに、生姜を少しずつ溶かすと、爽やかさが加わって箸が止まらない美味しさです…中太の縮れ麺もスープがしっかり絡んで最高でした！
