Spot information, images, and videos displayed on NAVOON are either created by us, licensed from third parties, or sourced from public domain materials. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
AI-generated content (summaries, travel plans) is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional travel, legal, or medical advice. AI outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies. Always verify important information through official sources. NAVOON is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
All submitted posts are automatically screened by an AI content moderation system before publication. For details on how this works and how your photo/video data is handled, please see our Privacy Policy.
NAVOON integrates with third-party services including Google Maps, Firebase, and the Gemini AI API. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.
NAVOON is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
Always verify critical travel information (opening hours, reservations, safety) through official sources before visiting.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NAVOON shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (if any).
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence also apply.
Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court (Japan), unless applicable consumer protection law provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice in the app or by email at least 30 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

アカウントなしでもNAVOONをご利用いただけますが、アカウントを作成することでデータのクラウド同期が可能になります。アカウント認証情報の機密性を維持する責任はお客様にあります。アカウントの不正使用が判明した場合は、直ちにご連絡ください。
当社は、本規約に違反するアカウントを停止または削除する権利を有します。
以下の行為を禁止します：
NAVOONの名称、ロゴ、デザイン、オリジナルコンテンツは当社の知的財産であり、著作権法および商標法により保護されています。
本サービスに表示されるスポット情報・画像・動画は、当社が作成したもの、第三者からライセンスを受けたもの、またはパブリックドメインの素材を使用しています。無断複製・配布を禁止します。
AI生成コンテンツ（要約・旅行プラン）は情報提供のみを目的としており、専門的な旅行・法律・医療上のアドバイスを構成するものではありません。AIの出力にはエラーや不正確な情報が含まれる場合があります。重要な情報は必ず公式情報源で確認してください。AI生成コンテンツに基づく判断に対して、当社は責任を負いません。
投稿されたすべてのコンテンツは、公開前にAIコンテンツ審査システムにより自動的にスクリーニングされます。詳細および写真・動画データの取り扱いについては、プライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
NAVOONはGoogle Maps、Firebase、Gemini AI APIなどの第三者サービスと連携しています。これらのサービスのご利用は、各サービスの利用規約に従います。当社は第三者サービスのコンテンツ・ポリシー・慣行について責任を負いません。
本サービスは「現状のまま」提供され、明示または黙示を問わず、いかなる保証もありません。当社は以下を保証しません：
訪問前に、営業時間・予約・安全情報などを必ず公式情報源で確認してください。
適用法令が許容する最大限の範囲において、当社はお客様による本サービスの利用から生じる間接的・偶発的・特別・結果的または懲罰的損害について責任を負いません。当社の総責任は、過去12ヶ月間にお客様が当社に支払った金額（もしあれば）を超えないものとします。
本規約は日本法に準拠します。EU消費者については、お客様の居住国の強行的な消費者保護法も適用されます。
紛争は誠実な協議による解決を試みるものとします。解決しない場合、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします（ただし、適用される消費者保護法が別段の定めを置く場合を除きます）。
当社は本規約を随時更新することがあります。重要な変更については、変更発効の少なくとも30日前にアプリ内通知またはメールでお知らせします。変更発効後も本サービスをご利用いただいた場合、新しい規約に同意したものとみなします。
