NAVOON ("we", "our", "us") operates a global travel and food discovery platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in compliance with Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

We do not collect payment information, government IDs, or sensitive personal data.
Email address protection: Your email address is never displayed publicly on your posts or profile. It is stored separately from your public content in a restricted-access database that only authorised administrators can view, and is used solely for account authentication and essential service communications.

NAVOON uses the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy:
When you use AI features, your search queries may be processed by Google's Gemini API. We do not send personally identifiable information to AI services.
When you use the "Share" feature to send a video to a third-party app (such as Instagram or TikTok), the video file is passed directly to the app you select via your device's native share function. NAVOON does not control how that third-party app subsequently uses the content; please refer to that app's own privacy policy.
You retain ownership of the photos, videos, and text you post on NAVOON ("User Content"). By posting, you grant NAVOON a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, and distribute your User Content within the Service, for as long as the content remains posted.
To protect your privacy, NAVOON automatically removes metadata (such as GPS location and timestamp) embedded in photos and videos at the time of upload, before the file is stored on our servers.
All posts are automatically screened by an AI moderation system (powered by Google's Gemini API) before being published, to detect spam, hate speech, adult content, and other policy violations. This is an automated decision-making process; posts flagged by the system are reviewed by a human administrator before final rejection. You may contact us if you believe your content was flagged in error.
Your data is stored in Google Firebase (servers in Tokyo, Japan — asia-northeast1 region). We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• Firebase Security Rules limiting access to your own data only
• Regular security reviews
While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no system is 100% secure. Please use a strong password and keep your credentials safe.
Data Breach Notification: In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours (where required by GDPR) and notify affected users without undue delay, in accordance with applicable law (including APPI and CCPA requirements).
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days (GDPR) or within the timeframe required by applicable law.
California residents have additional rights under CCPA, including the right to know what personal information is sold or disclosed and the right to opt out of sale. NAVOON does not sell personal information.

Upon account deletion, your personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
NAVOON is a global service and is not directed to children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.
NAVOON is operated from Japan. Your data is primarily stored in Google Firebase (Tokyo region). Some data may be processed by Google's global infrastructure. For EU users, such transfers are covered by Google's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) under GDPR Article 46.
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Upon account deletion:
• Your account data will be deleted within 30 days
• Anonymised usage data may be retained for analytics purposes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the app or by email. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of NAVOON after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

当社は、決済情報、政府発行のID、機微情報は収集しません。

NAVOONは以下の第三者サービスを利用しています。各サービスには独自のプライバシーポリシーがあります：
AI機能をご利用の際、検索クエリはGoogleのGemini APIで処理されます。個人を特定できる情報はAIサービスに送信しません。

お客様がNAVOONに投稿した写真・動画・テキスト（以下「ユーザーコンテンツ」）の著作権は、お客様に帰属します。投稿することにより、お客様は当社に対し、当該コンテンツが掲載されている間、本サービス内でこれをホスティング・保存・表示・配信するための、世界的・非独占的・無償のライセンスを許諾するものとします。
プライバシー保護のため、NAVOONはアップロード時に写真・動画に含まれるメタデータ（GPS位置情報・撮影日時等）を自動的に除去してからサーバーに保存します。
すべての投稿は、公開前にAI審査システム（Google Gemini API利用）により自動的にスクリーニングされ、スパム・ヘイトスピーチ・アダルトコンテンツ等のポリシー違反がないか確認されます。これは自動化された意思決定プロセスです。システムによってフラグが立てられた投稿は、最終的な却下の前に管理者が人の目で確認します。コンテンツが誤ってフラグされたと思われる場合は、お問い合わせください。
お客様のデータはGoogle Firebase（東京リージョン：asia-northeast1）に保存されます。以下のセキュリティ対策を実施しています：

• 定期的なセキュリティレビュー
合理的な対策を講じていますが、いかなるシステムも100%安全ではありません。強力なパスワードをご使用ください。
データ侵害通知：お客様の権利・自由に危害が及ぶ可能性のあるデータ侵害が発生した場合、当社は適用法令（GDPR、個人情報保護法、CCPA等）の定めに従い、必要に応じて72時間以内に監督機関へ報告するとともに、影響を受けるお客様へ遅滞なくご連絡いたします。

アカウント削除後、お客様の個人データは30日以内に完全に削除されます（法律による保持義務がある場合を除く）。
NAVOONはグローバルサービスとして、16歳未満の子どもを対象としていません。16歳未満の子どもから意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。子どもが個人情報を提供したと思われる場合は、速やかにご連絡ください。直ちに削除します。
NAVOONは日本から運営されています。データは主にGoogle Firebase（東京リージョン）に保存されます。一部のデータはGoogleのグローバルインフラで処理される場合があります。EUユーザーについては、GDPR第46条に基づくGoogleの標準契約条項（SCC）によりカバーされます。
