The rice, grown in their own terraced fields in Niigata and by contracted farmers, is truly delicious 🤤 The freshly cooked, plump, and glossy rice is served in a traditional wooden ohitsu tub, making you happy until the very last bite. It pairs wonderfully with side dishes like grilled fish, allowing you to spend a heartwarming and soothing time for both body and soul 🌿
