At this stage your saves stay on this device only.
上下のスワイプで次のスポットへ、左右のスワイプで同じ投稿の2枚目・3枚目の写真へ移ります。気になる場所は右側の ☆ 行きたい で保存、行ったことがある場所は 👣 行った に記録しましょう。上のチップの「📍 近く」を押すと、いまいる場所の近くの投稿が近い順に並びます（位置はこの端末の中だけで使い、保存しません）。「行きたい」の並び替えにも「📍 近い順」があります。 Swipe up or down to move to the next spot; swipe left or right to see the 2nd and 3rd photo of the same post. Tap ☆ Save on the right to keep a place, and 👣 Visited to log one you have been to. Tap "📍 Nearby" in the chips at the top to see posts near you, nearest first (your location is used only on this device and never saved). Saved also has a "📍 Nearest" sort.
下のナビバー中央の ＋ をタップすると、「メモする」か「投稿する」かを選べます。メモは登録なしでも使えますが、投稿にはログインが必要です（「参考になった」・通報も同じです）。メールアドレスまたはGoogleアカウントで無料登録すると、それまで端末に保存していた「行きたい」と「行った」は、はじめてログインしたときにそのまま引き継がれます。以降は端末をまたいで同期されます。 Tap ＋ at the center of the bottom nav and choose between making a note and posting. Notes work without an account, but posting requires sign-in (so do marking helpful and reporting). Sign up free with email or Google, and the Saved and Visited data you kept on this device carries over on your first sign-in. After that everything syncs across your devices.

If Open as Web App is off, Safari's toolbars appear every time. If an icon you added earlier now opens with toolbars, remove it and add it again.

ホーム画面から開いたNAVOONは、ブラウザとは別に扱われるため、はじめて開いたときにもう一度ログインが必要なことがあります。 NAVOON opened from the home screen is kept separate from your browser, so you may need to sign in again the first time.
ライブラリから選択またはカメラで撮影。1枚目は必須、2〜3枚目は任意で追加できます（最大3素材）。動画はアップロード時に自動で圧縮されます。 Pick from your library or shoot with the camera. The first media is required; you can optionally add up to 3 total. Videos are automatically compressed on upload.
店名を入力するとGoogle Mapsの候補が表示され、タップするだけで住所・エリア・営業時間・定休日・予算が自動入力されます。営業時間から「ランチ営業」「深夜・早朝営業」も自動で判定されます（手で選び直せます）。 Type a place name and Google Maps suggestions appear. Tap one to auto-fill the address, area, opening hours, closed days, and price range. Lunch service and late-night/early-morning hours are worked out from the opening hours automatically (you can still change them by hand).
まず 🍽 食べる か ✨ 楽しむ を選び、次に「ラーメン」「寿司」「寺社・仏閣」「温泉・銭湯」などのジャンルを選びます。料理や飲みものが主役なら「食べる」、その場所そのものが主役なら「楽しむ」です。Eatのジャンルでは味の特徴タグ（Food Vibes）も選べます。 First pick 🍽 Eat or ✨ Enjoy, then a genre — Ramen, Sushi, Temples & Shrines, Onsen, and more. Choose Eat when the food or drink is the point, and Enjoy when the place itself is. Eat genres also let you add Food Vibes tags.
ジャンルに合った項目（味・雰囲気・コスパ、景色・行きやすさ など）を、1〜10の数字が並んだメーターで評価します。押した点には「よかった」「最高！」などの言葉が付きます。正直な評価が他のユーザーの参考になります。 Rate the items that fit the genre (taste, vibe, value; scenery, access, etc.) on a 1–10 numbered meter. Each score shows a word like “Good” or “Excellent!”. Honest ratings help other users decide.
「POST」ボタンをタップするとAIによる自動審査が行われ、通過後にフィードへ掲載されます。多くの場合は即時、遅くとも数分程度で公開されます。状況は 「行った」 → 自分の投稿 で確認できます。 Tap POST and your spot goes through automatic AI moderation. Most posts appear instantly; a few take up to a couple of minutes. You can check the status in Visited → My posts.
「静かなカフェ」「ひとり飯におすすめの居酒屋」など、自然な言葉でスポットを検索できます。 Search in natural language — try "quiet café", "izakaya good for solo dining", or "scenic drive route".
スポット詳細ページでAI Summaryをタップすると、そのスポットの魅力を3文の英語にまとめます。一度作られた要約は保存され、次からは同じものがすぐ表示されます（毎回作り直しません）。 Tap AI Summary on any spot detail page to get a 3-sentence English summary of the spot's highlights. Once generated it is stored, so it appears instantly the next time rather than being regenerated.
スポット詳細ページの SPOT INFO には住所・営業時間・定休日が並び、「Googleマップで開く」と「現在地からの距離を見る」が使えます。現在地は端末の中だけで使い、保存も送信もしません。
フィード右側の 📍 Map、またはスポット詳細ページの Map ボタンから地図を開きます。見ているスポットはピンク色の大きいピン、周辺の他のスポットは小さく薄いピンで表示されるので、目的の場所がすぐ分かります。「行きたい」ページは右上の「🗺️ 地図」ボタン、「行った」ページは 🗺️ Map タブで、保存・訪問したスポットをまとめて表示できます。
A spot's detail page shows its address, opening hours and closed days under SPOT INFO, with "open in Google Maps" and "show distance from here". Your location is used on your device only — never stored or sent.
Open the map from 📍 Map on the right of the feed, or the Map button on a spot's detail page. The spot you are viewing shows as a large pink pin; nearby spots are small and dimmed, so it is easy to tell them apart. On Saved, use the 🗺️ Map button in the top right; on Visited, use the 🗺️ Map tab.
スポット詳細ページから X・LINE・Facebook・WhatsApp・リンクコピーでシェア可能。送られるのはその投稿専用のページのリンクで、SNS では写真とスポット名入りのカードで表示されます。受け取った人はアプリを入れなくても内容を読めます。動画の投稿は「動画をアプリでシェア」から Instagram・TikTok などへ送れます。 Share spots via X, LINE, Facebook, WhatsApp, or copy a link. The link goes to a page for that spot, which shows up on social media as a card with its photo and name — anyone can read it without installing anything. For video spots, use "Share the video to an app" to send it to Instagram, TikTok and more.
スポット詳細ページの右上の「👍 数字」、または本文中の「👍 参考になった？」ボタンから、投稿者への感謝を伝えられます。どちらを押しても同じで、押すと緑色に変わり件数が増えます。この数は投稿者のランクポイント（1件あたり5点）に反映されます。ログインが必要です。なお自分の投稿には押せません（件数の表示だけになります）。 Thank the poster from the 👍 count at the top right of a spot detail page, or the 👍 button in the body of the page — both do the same thing. It turns green and the count goes up. Each one adds 5 rank points for the poster. Sign-in required. You cannot mark your own post as helpful; you only see the count.
ホーム右上の 🌐 English を押すと、アプリ全体が英語表示になります（もう一度押すと日本語に戻ります）。日本語で書かれた投稿は、投稿されたときに作っておいた英訳で表示されるので、待ち時間なく読めます。店名と住所は、看板や地図と見比べられるよう日本語も一緒に表示します。英訳の準備ができていない投稿は、原文のまま表示されます。 Tap 🌐 English at the top right of Home to switch the whole app to English (tap again for Japanese). Posts written in Japanese are shown with an English translation made when they were posted, so there is no wait. Names and addresses keep the Japanese too, so you can match them against signs and maps. A post whose translation isn't ready yet is shown as written.
カテゴリー（Eat / Enjoy）は「何の店か」、フォルダは「何のために取っておいたか」です。「行きたい」の📁フォルダ欄の「＋新規」から作成し、「接待に最適」「個室なら」「京都旅行」など用途別に分けられます。フォルダは自分だけに見えます。
フォルダにジャンル名（「ラーメン」「カレー」「焼肉」など）を付けると、そのジャンルで登録した場所が自動でそこに集まります。ひとつ入れるごとに手で振り分ける必要はありません。「ラーメン/カレー」のようにスラッシュで区切れば、複数のジャンルをまとめて集められます。自動で集まるフォルダには、チップにジャンルの絵文字（🍜 など）が付きます。
チップにはいまの絞り込みでの件数が出るので、押す前に中身があるか分かります。
Eat / Enjoy tells you what kind of place it is; Folders tell you why you saved it. Create one from "＋ New" in the 📁 Folders row of Saved — "Business dinners", "Private rooms", "Kyoto trip" and so on. Folders are private to you.
Name a folder after a genre ("Ramen", "Curry", "Yakiniku"…) and places you save in that genre collect there automatically. Separate several genres with a slash, like "Ramen/Curry". Auto-collecting folders show the genre emoji (🍜 etc.) on their chip.
Each chip shows how many items match the current filter, so you can tell before tapping.
Exploreページのエリアチップ右端 ✏️ をタップ。よく探すエリアを追加して検索をスムーズに。 Tap ✏️ at the end of the area chips in Explore to add the areas you search most.
1投稿に最大3点追加可能。外観・内観・料理をセットで投稿すると「参考になった」が増えやすい傾向があります。 Add up to 3 photos or videos per post. Showing exterior, interior, and food together tends to earn more Helpful votes.
ホーム右上に ▶ / ⊞ / ⊟ の3つが並んでいます。▶ が1件ずつのフィード、⊞ が2列、⊟ が3列です。たくさんのスポットをざっくり見渡したいときは ⊟ が便利です。 Three buttons sit in the top-right of Home: ▶ for the single-spot feed, ⊞ for two columns, ⊟ for three columns. Use ⊟ when you want to scan a lot of spots at once.
「行った」 → 自分の投稿タブから自分の投稿を編集・削除できます。情報が変わっても安心です。 Open Visited → My posts to edit or delete any of your posts whenever details change.
ポイントは投稿1件 +10点／「参考になった」1件 +5点／他の人が ☆ 行きたい に保存 1件 +1点で貯まります（自分の投稿を自分で押した分は数えません。投稿がAI審査で公開されなかった場合と、投稿を削除した場合は +10点も取り消されます）。画面右上の人型アイコン → メニューから現在のランクを確認できます。

Points: +10 per post, +5 per Helpful vote, +1 each time someone saves your post with ☆ Save (your own reactions don't count; the +10 is removed if a post fails moderation or you delete it). Check your rank from the person icon at the top right → menu.

できます。画面下の「＋」→「📝 行きたい場所をメモする」、または 「行きたい」の右上の「📝 メモ」から登録してください。店名を入れるとGoogleの候補が出るので、選ぶだけで住所・エリア・営業時間が入ります。
候補に出ないお店は、名前を入れたうえで、下の「エリア」と「住所」を自分で書いてください。エリアは「目黒区」「箱根」のように、あとで見て分かる書き方で構いません（一覧の 📍 に出ます）。住所は分かる範囲で大丈夫です。どちらも空のままでも登録できます。
登録したあとでも、詳細画面の 「✏️ 内容を編集する」から、店名・エリア・住所・ジャンル・メモ・フォルダを直せます。
登録した内容は自分だけに見えます。フィードにもExploreにも出ません。一覧では「📝 自分のメモ」と表示され、カードの左端が黄色くなるので、投稿から保存したものと見分けられます。
メモは「TV」「Instagram」といったフォルダで分けておくと、どこで知ったお店かで探せます。実際に行ってみて良かったら、詳細画面の「📷 行ったので投稿する」から、店名・住所・営業時間・地図の位置を入れた状態で投稿できます。投稿画面の「👣『行った』にも記録する」（最初から ON）で、評価を入れ直さずに「行った」にも残ります。「『行きたい』から外す」を選べば行きたいから消え、選ばなければ「👣 訪問済み」の印で残ります。
Yes. Tap ＋ at the bottom, then "📝 Note a place you want to visit" — or use "📝 Note" in the top right of Saved. Type the name and pick from the Google suggestions to fill in the address, area and opening hours automatically; If it isn't listed, type the name and fill in the Area and Address fields below yourself — anything you will recognise later ("Meguro", "Hakone") works for the area, and both fields can be left blank.
You can change any of it later with "✏️ Edit" on the note.
What you add is private to you — it never appears in the feed or Explore. In the list it is marked "📝 My note" with a yellow edge, so you can tell it apart from spots saved from posts.
Group your notes into folders such as "TV" or "Instagram" to find them by where you heard about them. Once you have been, tap "📷 Post this place" on the note to start a post with the name, address, opening hours and map position already filled in. "👣 Also add to Visited" (on by default) logs your visit with the same rating, so you do not rate it twice. Tick "Remove from Saved" to take it off your list; otherwise it stays, marked "👣 Visited".
同じ場所でも、投稿した人が違えば別々の投稿として残ります。撮った写真も、感じたことも、評価も人それぞれだからです。平均点にまとめてしまうと、その違いが消えてしまいます。
同じ場所の投稿が複数あるときは、フィードに「この場所の投稿 ◯件」と表示され、スポット詳細の下部から他の投稿へ移動できます。
Even for the same place, each person's post is kept separately — the photos, the impressions and the ratings all differ. Averaging them into one would erase that.
When several posts share a place, the feed shows "N posts for this place", and you can jump to the others from the bottom of the spot detail page.

はい。登録なしで保存した内容はお使いの端末の中に残っており、はじめてログインしたときに、そのアカウントへまとめて引き継がれます。
ただし、これは「一度もログインしていない状態で貯めた分」に限ります。一度ログインしたあとにサインアウトして保存した分は引き継がれません（別の端末で消した項目が復活してしまうのを防ぐためです）。また、Googleログインとメールログインは別アカウント扱いのため、データは共有されません。
Yes. Anything you saved without an account stays on your device and is merged into your account the first time you sign in.
This applies only to data saved before you have ever signed in. Items saved after signing out again are not merged — this prevents things you deleted on another device from coming back. Note also that Google and email sign-in are separate accounts and do not share data.
ログイン画面でメールアドレスを入れてから「パスワードを忘れた方」を押すと、再設定のメールが届きます（迷惑メールに入ることがあります）。Googleでログインしている場合は、Google側でパスワードを管理してください。 On the sign-in screen, enter your email and tap "Forgot password?" to receive a reset link (check your spam folder too). If you signed in with Google, manage your password in your Google account.

はい、NAVOONに投稿したスポットはすべてのユーザーに公開されます（非公開設定はありません）。行きたい・行った記録・メールアドレスは本人のみ閲覧できます。ニックネームと投稿者ランクは投稿と一緒に公開されます。
公開中の投稿には、それぞれ専用のページ（例：https://www.navoon.app/spots/…）があり、アプリを使っていない人も読めて、Google などの検索結果にも表示されることがあります。このページにはニックネームなど投稿者の情報は載りません。投稿を削除すると、その投稿の公開ページは通常30分以内に表示されなくなります。検索結果やSNS等のプレビューから消えるまでには、各サービスの処理によりさらに時間がかかることがあります。
Yes, all posts are public and visible to all users. Your Saved list, Visited records and email address are private. Your nickname and rank are shown publicly with your posts.
Each live post also has its own page (e.g. https://www.navoon.app/spots/…) that anyone can read without the app, and that may appear in Google and other search results. That page does not show your nickname or anything else about you. If you delete a post, its public page will normally stop being displayed within 30 minutes. Search engines, social media services, and other services may take longer to remove cached results or previews.
投稿後、AIによる自動審査が行われます。審査中は「⏳ 確認待ち」と表示され、通過後に「✅ 公開中」となりフィードに掲載されます。多くの場合は即時、遅くとも数分程度で完了しますが、内容によっては手動確認が必要な場合があります。公開後に投稿を編集した場合も、もう一度審査を受けます。編集した瞬間に「⏳ 確認待ち」へ戻り、通過するとまた公開されます（未審査の内容が公開されないようにするためです）。「行った」 → 自分の投稿タブで現在のステータスを確認できます。 All posts go through automatic AI moderation after submission. Status shows as "⏳ Pending" until approved, then "✅ Live" once it appears in the feed. Most posts are approved instantly; a few take up to a couple of minutes. Editing a post that is already live sends it back for review. It returns to "⏳ Pending" the moment you save, and goes live again once it passes — this keeps unreviewed text off the feed. Check the current status in Visited → My posts.
写真はスマートフォンで撮った一般的な画像（JPG・PNG など）、動画は MP4 などに対応しています。写真は1枚12MBまで、動画は80MBまでです（動画はアップロードの前に自動で圧縮されるので、多くの場合はそのまま上げられます）。1人が1日にアップロードできる量は合計300MBまでです。 Photos in common formats (JPG, PNG, etc.) and videos such as MP4 are supported. Photos can be up to 12MB each and videos up to 80MB (videos are compressed automatically before upload, so most go through as they are). Each person can upload up to 300MB in total per day.

スポット詳細ページをいちばん下までスクロールすると「⚠️ この投稿を報告する」があります。不適切なコンテンツ・誤った情報・スパム・著作権侵害などの理由をボタンで選ぶだけです。報告内容は運営チームのみが確認します（通報にはログインが必要です）。 Scroll to the bottom of any spot detail page and tap "⚠️ Report this post". Just pick a reason — inappropriate content, wrong information, spam, or copyright issue. Only our team can see reports (sign-in required).
画面右上の人型アイコンをタップして開くメニュー →「⚠️ アカウントを削除」から削除できます。削除すると、アカウント情報・ニックネーム・行きたい・行った記録（写真を含む）・自分の投稿が完全に消去されます。この操作は取り消せませんのでご注意ください。 Tap the person icon in the top right to open the menu, then “⚠️ Delete account”. This permanently removes your account, nickname, Saved list, Visited records (including photos) and your posts. This action cannot be undone.
